Can people find you?

When someone nearby searches Google, opens Maps or asks ChatGPT for a good studio, do you come up? I check, fix what's wrong and keep it fixed. For independent studios and gyms in Anne Arundel and Howard County.

Four places new students look for you

Your free report checks all four, the same way for every studio. When you sign up, I fix what it finds and check again every month.

Maps

Where you rank on Google Maps

  • I search the way your students do ("yoga Annapolis MD", "kids karate Columbia") and note where you land.
  • You see who comes up ahead of you, and by how many reviews.

Profile

Your Google listing

  • Claimed by you, the right category, hours, photos, and a Website button that opens your own site.
  • At setup I fix all of it: category, services, hours, booking link and photos.

Website

Your site, on a phone

  • Fits the screen, loads fast, says what you teach and where, and shows a way to book.
  • Need a new one, or a rebuild? It's part of setup. I host it and keep it current.

AI answers

What ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude say

  • I ask each one for the best studios like yours in your town, several times, and count how often they name you and who they name instead.
  • They draw on your Google listing, your site and the big directories, so I make those say the same thing, clearly.

Nobody can buy you a ranking, on Google or in ChatGPT, and I won't promise one. I fix what they look at, and each month you get one page showing what I did and what changed.

What it costs

Setup

$500, or $0 on a 12-month term

  • Your Google listing, fixed: category, services, hours, booking link and photos.
  • A website that works on a phone, new or rebuilt, with your address and hours coded for Google.
  • The same name, address and phone on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook.
  • Review requests set up to go to new members.

Every month

$199 a month

  • Hosting and your domain, kept running and renewed.
  • Small changes whenever you want them. Email me; done within 2 business days, and you see it before it goes live.
  • Posts on your Google listing and a watch for edits you didn't make.
  • Maps and AI answers re-checked, plus a look at nearby competitors each quarter.
  • One page a month: what I did and what changed.

Month to month, or 12 months. Month to month pays the $500 setup. A 12-month term skips it; leave a 12-month term early and the $500 is due.

Three new studios a month, at most. I do every setup myself, so each one gets my full attention.

When you want more than being found

Being found is the start. Once it's running, some studios want help with what happens next: the calls they miss while teaching, and knowing where each new member came from. That's the system running at Grounded CrossFit, and it's quoted separately when you want it. Real records from July and August 2026; names changed, numbers removed.

Every missed caller gets a text back

When nobody can pick up, the caller gets a text with a way to book a free trial on the spot, and a coach gets a task to call them back.

97 missed callers texted back in two months.

Every new member traced to where they came from

Each month Patrick gets a report: every new member, how they first reached out, who answered first, and where they found the gym. This is one real row from August.

29 new members in July and August, all traced this way.

Also running at Grounded: a press-one greeting that stopped robocalls (zero spam calls in 10 straight weekdays, no real caller blocked), new-lead alerts to the coach's phone, and an AI receptionist that says it's AI.

Works with what you have

Already on Mindbody, WellnessLiving or Gymdesk?

Good. Keep it. Your booking app runs your schedule and payments; it doesn't make you show up on Google or in ChatGPT.

If your Google listing's Website button opens your booking page today, I'll give it a real site to open, with your booking link one tap away.

What stays yours

  • Your Google listing. I hold manager access, which you can remove in one click. Never ownership.
  • Your domain, registered in your name.
  • Your site and its content. If you leave, you get a copy to take anywhere.

One page about your studio, in your inbox within two business days. No call needed.

  • Maps: where you rank for the searches your students use, and who's ahead of you.
  • Profile: what your Google listing is missing.
  • Website: how your site does on a phone.
  • AI answers: how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name you, and who they name instead.
  • Where I'd start: the few fixes that matter most.

If you want to go ahead, reply START and I'll send the setup link. The only call is a setup call, after you've said yes.
